Purchase Details: Payment info (via Stripe), course purchases, receipts - To process your payment and confirm enrolment
Course Progress Info: Course status, module completions, quiz results - To issue completion certificates and support your learning
Technical Info: Device type, browser, IP address (via Mastermind or analytics tools) - To troubleshoot issues and improve platform performance

Kubik Rube Rubes – Our team who manage course content, certificates, and support
Mastermind.com – Hosts the course platform and handles course activity securely
Stripe – For secure payment processing (we never see your full credit card details)
Email tools – Like Mailchimp or Flodesk, to send you course updates, certificates, and onboarding info
We never sell your data, and we only share it when it’s necessary or required by law.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Data
We use trusted platforms that meet strong security standards. Wherever your data is stored or accessed, we:

Restrict access to authorised personnel only
Apply encryption and standard cybersecurity protections
