Hey there! We’re Kubik Rube, a legally awkward and charming Aussie business (ABN: 95 168 105 146) registered for GST. We make online courses that unlock your inner genius — hosted mainly on Mastermind.com.

2. Buying Our Courses

When you buy one of our online courses:

You're agreeing to pay the listed price (which includes 10% Australian GST). You’re getting access to the course — not the right to copy or resell it. All payments go through Stripe, safely and securely. You’ll usually get access straight after successful payment (unless it’s a pre-sale or scheduled release).

3. Currency

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you’re purchasing internationally, your bank may convert currencies or add fees. That’s between you and them.

4. Course Access & Delivery

You’ll access the course via Mastermind.com or another platform we tell you about. Access is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from your purchase date. We may update, change, or even retire content from time to time — but we’ll aim to give you fair notice of anything significant. If Mastermind.com ever goes bust or Kubik Rube moves house (digitally speaking), we’ll do our best to keep your access smooth.

5. Support & Tech Stuff

If you hit snags, email us at [email protected]. Make sure your devices, internet, and logins are working. We’ll help where we can, but the tech basics are up to you.

6. Refunds & Fair Play

Because our courses are digital, we don’t offer automatic refunds. That said, we’re human. If you have a genuine issue (wrong charge, duplicate order, can’t access), email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do what’s fair. Refunds are at our discretion and may be full or partial depending on how much of the course you've accessed.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, checklists, downloads, phrases, Rube-isms) is owned or licensed by Kubik Rube. Don’t copy, share, resell, or repackage any part of it. We love creativity — just not plagiarism.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Our courses are designed for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no guarantees of results. What you do with the info is up to you — we’re not liable for decisions made based on course content.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kubik Rube is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) our course materials. That includes, but isn’t limited to, lost profits, data loss, or professional embarrassment if you quote us at a board meeting.

10. Consumer Rights Statement (Australia)

Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we don’t deliver what we promised, you may be entitled to a refund or remedy under law — and we respect that.

We use trusted third parties like Mastermind.com and Stripe to manage your course and payment experience. We don’t sell your info, ever. You can request to see or delete your data by contacting us at [email protected]. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure. Marketing consent: By purchasing, you agree to receive course-related emails. You can opt into marketing updates separately — and unsubscribe at any time.

13. Legal Bits & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If there’s ever a drama, we’ll try to sort it out like adults before taking it legal.

14. Community Conduct (if applicable)

If our course includes discussion groups, live sessions, comments, or community forums:

Participants must behave respectfully in all interactions on our platform or linked communities. We reserve the right to remove access (without refund) if someone breaks the vibe or behaves inappropriately.
